Below is the list of shipping rates that we offer at Cele Boutique via Express Postal Service
Shipping to Cyprus. Free Delivery to your home for orders above 40€. For orders below 40€, shipping costs 4 €
Shipping to Europe : Free Shipping to Europe for orders above 100€. For orders below 100€, shipping costs 15 €
Shipping to the Rest of the World : Free Shipping to the rest of the world for orders above 200€. For orders below 200€, shipping costs 25 €
Consider that international shipments outside the European Union, might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. We cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
If we have made a mistake and something you have ordered is no longer in stock, then we will issue a refund.
We cannot be held responsible for any international parcels, that have been lost in transit. Please contact your local post/sorting office with any questions regarding your missing order. We unfortunately, do not have any control over this and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.

Return & Exchange Policy
Cele Boutique wants you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and need to exchange your merchandise, we will gladly accept your timely return for an exchange. You have 10 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package.
We will not accept the return of any products that has been used, washed, not labeled, has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging. For that reason we request you to be careful with the product until you return it. We can not accept changes or returns of swimwear articles for hygienic reasons. We reserve the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only exchange products which are in the original condition as shipped.
**Items including swimsuit, underwear, socks, tights, sunglasses, bags, hair accessories, hats, and jewelry and discounted/SALE items will not be accepted for exchange, unless received by the customer in damaged or defective condition.
If we have made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. If that case, please contact us as soon as possible here .
Important for non EU clients
If you send your return items from outside of the European Union, we recommend to use courier (not post office) with tracking number and select an option DDP (Deliver Duty Paid). Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, the order will be abandoned by the courier and we cannot proceed with the exchange,.
For international shipments, the receiver is responsible for all taxes and customs fees and duties. Cele Boutique will not issue a refund for packages which are returned because of refusal to pay duties. Cele Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen international packages. Lost orders are at the expense of the receiver.
Returning full priced items
Only merchandise which has been purchased at full price is eligible for an exchange. Returns for full-priced merchandise must be initiated within 3 days of receipt (72 hours from when items were delivered by carrier) for an exchange, minus shipping costs. To request for an exchange please email email@example.com or contact us otherwise here. After 3 days (72 hours) from receipt of merchandise, if an exchange has not been initiated, a sale becomes FINAL. No returns will be accepted. No exceptions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Please examine all merchandise immediately upon receipt to ensure there are no mistakes, or for any signs of damage or defect. All claims must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +35799439011 so we can initiate the return process. For damaged/defective merchandise, we will first attempt to replace the item. However, if we do not have stock of the item, a store credit or refund will be issued.
If you are planning to make an exchange and need a specific item held until your package is received by Cele Boutique, we are happy to work with you to set aside an item for a reasonable amount of time to ensure you are able to make the exchange. Cele Boutique will hold the item for a maximum of 10 days. If your exchange is received outside of this timeframe the exchange cannot be processed.
Initiating a Return/Exchange
Please contact us at email@example.com to inform us of your wish to exchange an item. Include your Order Number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the return in your email to us. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted for return or exchange and will not be returned to you.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot he canceled. Please ensure that you’ve read all policies before finalising an order. The items will be shipped out and can only be exchanged within the policy guidelines outlined above.

While we wish we could offer free returns to our loyal customers, please keep in mind we are a small business. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to send the exchange order to the customer will be deducted from your exchange purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Cele Boutique does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**If Cele Boutique notices an unreasonable return pattern, we reserve the right to refuse any future transactions or returns from those customers.
